How long does delivery take? All orders are delivered within 7-14 days to UK addresses. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Is delivery free? Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders to UK addresses.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty? Email us at hello@thekitlist.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll sort it straight away.

Can I return an item? Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us to start a return.

Do you ship outside the UK? Currently we only ship to UK addresses.
