Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@thekitlist.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with next steps.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

We do not cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
